Hi, I'm having the exact same problem, but it has only happened since I downloaded 9.3. I have a iPhone 5 16GB and it has worked flawlessly until this update. I haven't changed the way I use my iPhone, or my Apps, but all of a sudden I'm seeing 1% battery, with the battery and red line image.
